All delegates are required to book their own accommodation in 2024. While you can source your own accommodation if you prefer, we have arranged for a variety of room types at the Reef View Hotel – conveniently located next door to the venue – to be reserved for our delegates. Please use the link above or contact the hotel directly to book. Prices range from $460 per night for a twin room to $650 for a family room.

Getting There and Away

Virgin, Qantas, or Jetstar fly directly to Hamilton Island (code HTI) from most capital cities. The Congress registration commences on Monday, 11 November and is open all afternoon with our welcome dinner not until the early evening, so you can fly into the island any time Monday. We conclude on the morning of Friday, 15 November so you can fly out any time Friday.
